£750 + VAT
A paid 90-minute working session. Bring a project, a problem, or a brand idea. We work through it together with senior judgement.
Best for: founders at concept stage, established brands stress-testing a decision, anyone who wants senior eyes on something specific without committing to a longer engagement.

Studio Subscription.
£350 + VAT / month
Ongoing senior direction for founders who already know what working with me feels like. One scheduled hour a month, plus email access for quick questions in between.
Best for: Founders who've launched, are running their own product day to day, and want a senior brain to sense-check decisions on a regular line.

Studio Advisory.
From £2,000 + VAT / month
The senior product and strategy voice in your corner, season after season. I like being behind the scenes.
Best for: scaling brands with a team in place, that need a senior product and strategy voice — not more hands.
Project Work.

Single-scope briefs. A tech pack. A 3D garment development. A sourcing brief. A category extension review. Defined deliverable, defined fee.
Best for: brands that need a specific piece of work done well, without a full retainer.

End-to-end consultancy across a season or a launch. Concept through to wholesale rail. Brand identity, design direction, sourcing, production, quality control.
Best for: founders launching a brand from concept (LUCA, Kozha). Established names entering a new category. Brands that need senior judgement embedded in every decision.
